Description	Stuns target ship, rendering it completely useless for a couple of seconds.

Tesla Bolt is a yellow slot item that stuns a target, making it unable to use any of its items until the effect disappears. The target is also given the stun resistance effect, which causes all other stuns that affect that ship to be cut in half. If the target is damaged while it is stunned, it will no longer be stunned, but will keep the stun resistance effect.

Before the 4.0 update, Tesla Bolt received its talents from Dr. Buzzkill.
