Ingame description before 4.0 update[ | ]

With a great balance between damage, defence and speed, Enforcer is the Jack of all trades. Easily the most agile war machine in the Bay. Superior turret speed and acceleration make this ship particularly effective in short range battles.

Float like a feather, sting like a bee.

Strategies[ | ]

An Enforcer is extremely flexible, fitting into any team combination with no trouble. Typically, an Enforcer has only one kind of playstyle, regardless of your build or personal playstyle (Provided you're decent at the game), which is a mixture! An Enforcer will always be a mixture. By being offensive and attacking, an Enforcer can actually be a good protector of their teammates! (Cont. in Defensive Role) You'll find, after playing Enforcer for a while, that there's not a whole lot of differences between offense and defense when it comes to Enforcer.

Offensive

The Enforcer plays a middle-ground role. They tend to be defenders and attackers at the same time, not specializing in one thing. A particularly offensive Enforcer playstyle would be a Flare Gun/Blast Cannon combination, with Overboost and as many Tesla Shields as you can equip. Until MK4, Overboost and a Nitro are a good choice of yellow slot items, but you should instantly start using Tesla Shields at MK4. What the Tesla Shield does for you as an Enforcer is allows you to stay on the front line, dealing out damage by focusing on one target with your Blast Cannon and Flare Gun. The Enforcer lives with its turret at a 90 degree angle to it's attackers, so that you can strafe back and forth. You can't be hit between your strafing back and forth and your Tesla Shields. Two Blast Cannons, a Flare Gun, two Tesla Shields and an Overboost, a Turbo and a Big Shield are extremely infuriating to fight against. Of course, there are multiple builds and playstyles for Enforcer, but they will always be a mixture of offense and defense. That's what makes Enforcers so great!

Defensive

By the simple nature of Enforcer, being offensive will make you defensive of your teammates. As an Enforcer, you try to be out on the front line, in front of your teammates. You should guard them using a back and forth strafing technique (Be as twitchy and unpredictable as possible) and Tesla Shields. As MK5 and even MK4 when you can start using Tesla Shields alongside Overboost, you become a serious protector. Double Tesla Shields, when used appropriately, last a long, long time. You put yourself out in front so that the enemy team targets you, but they just can't hit you between all those pesky shields and your strafing back and forth. Doing this protects yourself and your teammates. Offense and defense at the same time!

Miner

Fast moving Enforcers, like Speeders, can be very effective miners. Miners are a great asset to any team, but it takes a ton of experience to figure out just the right spots to place mines. An Enforcer would do well as a part-time miner. As in, don't make the entire focus of your existence in a match to place mines. One Mine equipped is just enough. Wait to place it, make sure it's in the most unfortunate and devious spot possible. Predict the future, almost. If you'd like to be more of a full-time miner, as in, your main focus in a game is to mine all day, then Speeder would be a better pick for you. However, it still takes a lot of experience and very powerful Mines.
