The bandage is extremely popular on Speeder, because of its hit-and-run playstyle. The speeder can get in and out of sticky situations quickly, then heal up with a bandage. The bandage can decide the outcome of a game, if a speeder runs away and heals up 1,000+ health, provided there's enough time left.
Enforcer is an alternative for a hit-and-run playstyle, but is not as popular as Speeder. Usually most people don't like to sacrifice the extra health or speed for a bandage, and instead conserve their health by contributing in damage, but hiding using enforcer's incredible mobility and/or Tesla Shield(s).
Another strategy for bandage is a Defender with a ton of bandages equipped. A defender that heals 500 health every five seconds is quite scary. However, a lot more people prefer having a huge amount of health from shields to start off with in order to avoid getting bursted down.
The bandage is not recommended on the Reaper and Fixer because they both already have healing capabilities, and would benefit significantly more from having a Big Shield, Standard Shield or Turbo in place of a bandage.
